The department functions with the state of art technology for outpatient and inpatient investigations and treatment.
Headed by Dr.Santhi selvan, chief consultant and a team of paramedical staffs of optometrist, well trained technicians and nurses.

Treatment
Treatment modalities:
  • Contact lens fitting for refractive errors. Cosmetic contact lens in young adults. Contact lens for presbyopia in middle aged adults
  • Eye exercises for amblyopia, refractive errors and eye strain
  • Glass dispensing for all age groups
  • Foreign body removal.
  • Phaco and IOL surgery with all types of premium IOL (Monofocal, Monofocal Plus, Multifocal, Trifocal, Toric IOLs) as day care procedure. No injection, No suturing, No bandage
  • Pterygium surgery with autograft and glue as day care procedure.
  • Lid surgeries (Chalazion, cyst, Lid tear suturing).
